Unlike most career coaches who claim to understand career advancement, leadership, international careers, work-life balance, corporate well-being, and management of multicultural teams, I don't just talk the talk; I've walked the walk. With years spent gaining invaluable experience at esteemed multinational corporations like Tupperware and The Swatch Group, and later in leadership positions across companies such as General Electric International, Hitachi Europe, and Konica Minolta, my journey is a testament to real-world, hands-on life and career experience.
Beyond the boardrooms, I've lived in different countries for more than 12 years, immersing myself in diverse cultural business environments such as American, Japanese, Indian, and the main working European cultures. My studies and work experiences span different countries, including the United Kingdom, Italy, The Netherlands, Greece, Cyprus, and Romania.
Personally navigating the challenges of being a multilingual individual managing teams dispersed globally has given me unique insights into the complexities of international careers and the nuances of various business cultures.
My journey in coaching began as a natural extension of my leadership roles. However, it was in 2022 that I made the deliberate decision to transition into coaching as a dedicated profession. Enriched by a diverse mix of academia and corporate expertise and equipped with specialised coaching studies in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching, as well as Corporate Wellbeing Coaching through Kingstown College (Dublin) – accredited by ICF and EMCC – my passion lies in guiding you through life and career complexities.

Education and Qualifications

My educational journey includes an MBA from the University of Kentucky, where I obtained Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Additionally, I hold a B.Sc. in Economic and Commercial Sciences from the University of Salento, a B.Sc. in Italian Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPAITE) of Athens.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College (Dublin), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). This comprehensive program equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide individuals towards personal and professional growth.
Additionally, recognizing the crucial role of mental health and corporate wellbeing in today's workplace, I pursued further education in Corporate Wellbeing Coaching through the same institution. This specialized diploma provided me with the tools and methodologies to promote employee wellbeing and foster a healthy work environment. With this dual expertise, I am uniquely positioned to address both individual development and organizational wellness.
